Alexander Nuttall caught this Pacific Blue Marlin weighing in at 958 lbs., in Kailus-Kona, Hawaii. This epic battle took her over 1 and a half hours to reel it in!
This has always been a fantasy of mine........to catch a Great White or something like this big Marlin and conquer it by reeling it in! To take on a challenge like this and to actually succeed would be the ultimate dream come true. However, I know I would definitely have to overcome sea sickness because the last time I went out in the ocean to fish, I was chumming all night! It was in Belmar, NJ and I went out on a charter boat called the "Golden Eagle" to go blue fishing and was that ever a nightmare of sea sickness.......dreadfull. Whether or not dramamine works, I don't know, but next time I will be sure to use it!
